As part of this direction, ProTeam participated as a strategic partner at JobLink, an experience that brought together more than 250 young people alongside companies and organizations from Syria’s technology sector.
The event created a space for direct interaction between young talent and the professional community, with discussions around skills, career paths, and the challenges young people face when moving from learning to building a professional career.
ProTeam also contributed to discussions around the role of practical training and digital skills in preparing young people for professional opportunities.
For us, this partnership represents more than participating in an event. It reflects our vision of building stronger connections between learning, experience, the technology community, and opportunity.
Our role does not end with teaching a skill; it extends to helping young people understand where and how they can put that skill into practice.
