ProTeam welcomes 10 new Impact Partners as part of a new growth phase focused on expanding capabilities, distributing responsibility, and preparing the team for larger projects and opportunities.
ProTeam’s growth has never been measured only by the number of activities we organize. It is also shaped by the people who take responsibility and create meaningful impact within the team.
As part of this vision, we welcomed 10 new Impact Partners in a new cohort we called “The Growth Wave.”
Joining ProTeam is not simply about receiving a title or completing tasks. It is an opportunity to learn, collaborate, take ownership, and contribute to real experiences.
As our projects, partnerships, and programs continue to grow, we need people who can grow with ProTeam while helping ProTeam grow with them.
Ten new people, but the goal is not simply to become a bigger team. It is to become a more capable one.
